Our Teaching Approach
Hands On:
Our teachers follow hands on, roll your sleeves up approach. We don’t use buzz words or acronyms to confuse students. We talk the language of school students.
Practical Approach:
We teach – not lecture. We assess, work with students, teach and make a difference.
Partnered Approach:
We don’t teach alone. We partner with parents and approach students. We can use our teachers to understand problems and resolve together.
Differentiator:
We set us apart from the others by sharing what we know. Our desire is to pass on the knowledge we have to make students better.
Individual Care: Every student is different; therefore, there is no one solution that fits all. We understand the real issue first and then using the appropriate technique we help you resolve them.
Our Method to Succeed
Pre-Evaluation
We don’t do pre-evaluation exam before admitting students into classes. This is mainly because we don’t believe in putting educationally challenged students into a lower category. We will enroll students based on their grades and work with them individually in classes to assist with their educational growth.
Plan
Our teachers prepare lesson plans based on Ontario Curriculum. The plans are then, customized to fit each individual student’s needs.
Teach
Students would be taught and assigned work based on their need and ability. Not every one in the class might be doing the same work.
Evaluate
Students will be evaluated based on what they are taught. Evaluations would be in the form of class quizzes, tests, homework, and exams.
